Comprehensive RoHS system was in place to assure that our products, and our components, comply with the requirements of the European RoHS Directive, which came into force on July 1, 2006.

All our manufacturing facilities are certified to ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System since 2004 to assure that our health and safety performance meets the highest standard. 

Jetta has multiple in-house laboratories that are well equipped to support testing requirements during the product development stage and in production.

Dimensional laboratory 
Equipped with computerized Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and optical comparator.

Physical laboratory
China National Accreditation Service of Conformity Assessment has accredited Jetta laboratory to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories (CNAS-CL01 accreditation criteria for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories) for the competence in the field of testing.

Chemical Laboratory

• Compliance with CNAL/AC01: 2002 Accreditation Criteria for Testing and Calibration Laboratories in 2001 to perform heavy metal tests on surface coatings.
• Use of Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopy (GC-MS) analytical technique to identify mixture of chemicals in test samples and to test Phthalate content in plasticizers.

Electronic laboratory 
Perform extensive evaluation tests for RF, IR and computer interactive toys.

Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems - ISO 14001:2015

Jetta operates in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems.  Jetta's Headquarter Office andwas first to conform to ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System Standard in April, 2004.  Subsequently in 2008 to 2011, Jetta (China) Industries Co. Ltd., Jetta (Guangzhou) Industries Ltd. and Jetta (Guangdong) Industries Ltd. were also certified to this standard.
