Flexible Design Engineering Capability and Production Capacity

Our engineering team can achieve various designs for different applications and our flexible production can support different scale projects and products. With our robotic design expertise, robotic manufacturing ability as well as unaffected production line, we have produced a series of robots of which was used in quarantine hotels. We are also in charge of a government supported project which is a touchless lift button device.

In-House Mask Production at Jetta

Mask shortage was a global problem, Jetta’s mask making capability allowed our factories in China to resume without delay. With sufficient mask supply as a requirement for factory reopening, Jetta mask production line were able to comply and exceed the requirement of supplying 2 masks per day per employee, ensuring safety for all our workers and their family.

Our mask is now being certified under GB/T 32610-2016 which offers high filtration and protection from everyday particulates.

Jetta’s Rapid Response and Innovative Engineering

Jetta Company Limited (HK) was appointed as one of the manufacturer’s of quarantine devices. It is a preventive measure by the HK government to monitor patients with suspected cases of Covid19. Our innovative engineering team solved the device’s design issues, set up a temporary multi-stage production line in our Hong Kong office and delivered the device in an extremely tight schedule.

Factory Campus’ Rapid Resume in China

Jetta’s quick response in crisis means we are able to support our clients even in unforeseen situations. Jetta (China) Industries and Jetta (Guangzhou) Industries’ resumed production with only one month’s halt. Our crisis management team ensured our employees a safe working and living environment including strict physical distancing guidelines and enhanced cleaning protocols. Our offices, production floor, public area facilities, dormitories, canteen, and outdoor area are thoroughly sanitised. Production therefore remained unchanged, especially for our largest clients, where demand is constantly high, production was still at a full swing.
