< To care for our employees’ well-being, we set up a free counseling hotline in 2006, upgrading to an on-site service this year. To cater for the learning and growth of our employees, we set up “on-the-job” training and free evening school. Our evening classes include language, computing, dancing, and others. Communication channels such as face-to-face discussion, suggestion box, information board and Jetta monthly newsletter “Jetta Voice” are established. Facilities such as clinic, dormitory, canteen, sport facilities, recreation facilities, library, etc. are set up. Various festive activities are organized.
